I Clench: Real Life’s a Witch

I Clench

I Clench

Yes, I’m still obsessing over my son driving, the poor kid. The first child is always the one that teaches us how to be parents. I really did enjoy reading your comments on the last installment of Real Life’s a Witch about driving lessons.

Here are this week’s updates on what’s going on at my house:

This weekend, I must hem my daughter’s pants (Zelda vs. Sewing) and get a few last minute things for school next week .  I am actually thinking I will miss the kids once school starts this year.  They have been marvelous company for me over the summer now that they are old enough to enjoy many of the things that I enjoy, too.  On the good side, it will be REAL nice to be back on a regular schedule once again.

Speaking of regular schedules, do you guys have special days for special chores? For example, I like to plan to run errands on Tuesdays and go grocery shopping on Thursdays. (Planning and doing are two different things!) Do you have a “vacuum” day and a “mopping” day or “laundry” day?

Good luck with all of your challenges, Samantha. I’ll keep good thoughts in mind for you and your family.
Congrats to your husband, by the way!
As for filler, it’s great to see anything! As long as it doesn’t get in the way of you getting new strips together, of course :)

Samantha, would you like for me to put your family on my church’s prayer list?

Damn, if you don’t have time for the comic I’ll think we’ll understand. Look after family, thats always way more important ;) .

Thank you, all!

@Chris: I had some pencil drawn strips up, but I couldn’t stand to hold them up there! *grin*

@Dale: Thank you. I know many in my family would find that comforting.

@JohnDoe: I expect everything will be on schedule for me soon, but I wanted to be sure an explanation was available if I disappeared for a week or two.

I think it’s wonderful that you all still check into Life’s a Witch while I’m benched.
