Happy 4th of July!

I hope you all are having a great 4th of July weekend! Here in the United States, we are celebrating the very first thing we did as a nation… officially declaring our independence!

My daughter drew this beautiful Independence Day greeting. I love it and am so happy to share it with you all.

Not bad Hannah. I see the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.

Woah!

She got talent soon you’ll be able to use her like a sweat shop for comics and will never need to work again, MUHAWHAWHAW!!!

In all seriousness thats really good (wish I was that good when I was that age, would’ve saved a lot of time learning later)

I’m so proud of her. She and her friends draw stuff and share it online.

As for the apple and tree, Dale: her dad is a professionally-trained artist! He is very supportive of both of us. *beam*

Hannah….WOW! That is a great picture! I know your Dad and Mom and Alex are proud of you….I would love to see more of your art work…you have a real talent.

Are you enjoying your summer so far?

Lots of Love,
Grandma W.

Gramma, I asked her but she said no. She doesn’t like “adults” looking at her drawings. I think the only reason *I* get to see them is because I’m in charge of the scanner. As soon as she lets me share them, I’ll definitely make sure you’re the first to see! ~Sam
