Hahaha! I remember my daughter taking a lot of convincing. Husband eventually regained her love (because the beard grew back, I think. *grin*)

So, a father should remain bearded or clean-shaven until the children are old enough to understand the difference in his appearance! LOL!
Many years ago, I worked at a museum. One of the curators shaved off his thick moustache. He got up early one morning, shaved it off, and went back to bed. Quite a surprised for his wife! Many people at work commented on it, not all favorably, but the best one, in my opinion, was the fellow who said, “Now we know what you’re thinking.” He grew it back, pronto!!

OMG… this calls back memories… same thing there, when dad shaved his beard a weak ago… I was really freaked out who is that almost-too-young guy kissing my mom… though I’m twenty… not only the children fail to remember faces…

Then you can appreciate this: I don’t live near my folks. When my niece was born, my mother sent me some pictures. All the pictures were great, but I couldn’t figure out who the bearded man was holding the baby. It was my own DAD! He had had surgery on his lip and couldn’t shave so he just let it grow. I never ever saw him with a beard before in my life. I was traumatized. And now that I think of it, I was about 22 at the time! LOL!

I only just started actively promoting Life’s a Witch in January. Passively trying to get a large cult following just wasn’t working. *tee hee*
