Sketchbookiness and Guest Appearances
Today’s sketchbook pages are from my moleskine. I had some watercolor pens I wanted to try out. I have no idea how to water color so I was just winging it. Here is a tree from the corner of my back yard. On the opposite page is a sketch of Zelda done with a ball point pen. You can see that she looks a bit younger here and her arms are out of proportion. One of the reasons I prefer to do my comic drawings on the computer is that those things can be easily adjusted in the sketching stage without redrawing the whole thing. AND: The photocomic Union of Heroes, has a storyline which needed lots of extras. Do you recognize anyone on today’s page? Hint: Look at the pic on my ABOUT page, first! Union of Heroes (rated PG for superheorish violence) is a superhero comic produced in Germany. Reading it is like reading a movie! I highly recommend it for a fun and unusual read.
