Actally, a 50-50 mixture of 10% hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and a couple drops of dishwashing detergent is the best decontaminant for skunk oil. The the soap emulsifies the oil, the peroxide oxidizes the oderant, and the baking soda neutralizes the acids.
Apply liberally, scub well, rinse, repeat…
